This started out to help passengers get fresh, delicious and hygienic meals from popular brands and restaurants directly at their seats. Now to keep up with the changing times and tides, the Indian Railways through IRCTC has introduced a WhatsApp communication for railway passengers to order food through the eCatering services. Passengers can order online food by Whatsapp using this new Business Whatsapp number – +91-8750001323.

IRCTC has started utilizing WhatsApp as a method of interacting with passengers in order to facilitate the placement of orders for its well-known and reputable eCatering services.
