How does IRCTC e-Catering – Group Food Service works ?

  1. Customers with a valid booking/PNR would get a call back from us within 48 hours for requirement gathering.
  2. Feasibility of desired food items, quantity, location and pricing would be established.
  3. Customer would be intimated about the options available. Order would be created if desired.
  4. Full advance payment would be taken.
  5. Restaurant would start executing the order at apt time.
  6. Post-delivery you would get a GST invoice in the name of customer.
